Orders / Payments
Login and head over to your Aluma account and select “My Orders” to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, youโll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
We currently accept payment via a secure Razorpay Link. We will send you a link to complete payment shortly after you place your order. Once payment is confirmed by us, we will process and ship your order. If you have any queries, please reach out to us at anytime and we will be happy to assist further. ย We do not offer Cash on Delivery yet.
Shipping / Delivery
We are an early stage small business and have to be mindful about costs while we try to get the best possible quality products to our customers at reasonable prices. Presently, we charge INR 200 on all orders below INR 2,500. Delivery over INR 2,500 is on us!
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation for all products in stock. Post dispatch, orders should generally reach you within 3-7 business days, depending on location.
We only work with reputed and trusted delivery partners. All products are packaged in sturdy pouches/boxes and further in tamper proof bags. Rest assured knowing your orders are well taken care of.
Returns / Exchanges
Easy peasy. Write to us at support@alumaworld.com or message us on whatsapp at +919833006032 within 10 days of receiving your delivery.
All exchanges are free. We retain a fee of INR 250 on returns.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and are generally processed within 3-5 working days of being approved.
