We are an early stage small business and have to be mindful about costs while we try to get the best possible quality products to our customers at reasonable prices. Presently, we charge INR 200 on all orders below INR 2,500. Delivery over INR 2,500 is on us! We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days with a delivery time of 3-7 working days.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation for all products in stock. Post dispatch, orders should generally reach you within 3-7 business days, depending on location.
We only work with reputed and trusted delivery partners. We select from among partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. depending on the best option for your selected location. All products are packaged in sturdy pouches/boxes and further in tamper proof bags. Rest assured knowing your orders are well taken care of.
Returns
We are an early stage small business and have to be mindful about costs while we try to provide the best services to guarantee customer satisfaction. Seeing our customers experience the joy of owning an Aluma World piece is very important to us. Presently, we offer returns within 10 days of delivery, with a charge of INR 100 on silver products and INR 350 on gold products for reverse logistics. Please write to us at support@alumaworld.com with your order number and reason for return for us to take further action.
We initiate refunds once the product is received at our premises and we have confirmed that there is no damage/tampering and is in saleable condition. Refunds take upto 7 working days to process. We will intimate you once processed at our end with the transaction number so that you can track this further with your bank.
